    1. Service Description

    AURUS AI ("the Service") is an AI-powered precious metals intelligence platform that provides market analysis, price predictions, trading signals, portfolio tracking, and educational content for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium markets. The Service is operated by AURUS AI.

    2. No Financial Advice

    The Service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All predictions, signals, scores, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance of AI models does not guarantee future results. You should always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. AURUS AI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

    3. User Accounts

    You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. AURUS AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    4. Subscriptions & Payments

    The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURUS AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from trading decisions based on AI-generated analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, algorithms, models, data visualizations, code, and branding on the platform are the exclusive property of AURUS AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. The AURUS Index™ methodology is proprietary.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use; (c) share your account credentials with third parties; (d) redistribute AI-generated signals or predictions commercially without authorization; (e) interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security.

    8. Data Accuracy

    While AURUS AI strives for accuracy, market data, prices, and AI predictions may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. Real-time data depends on third-party providers and may be subject to outages. AURUS AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

    9. Modifications

    AURUS AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the jurisdiction where AURUS AI is established. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
